3. After receiving the goods, the customer should immediately inspect the product package. 4. The product has a definite period of validity. On the premise that the goods are unopened during the period of proper storage by the customer according to the storage conditions, the platform will give a one week warranty period for the product quality before the period of validity.
5. For the quality and delivery of the goods, if the user does not raise an objection within the above specified period, it is deemed that the product is qualified.
6. The return platform of the following types of products cannot bear:
A. Including but not limited to customized products, deployed products and gifts.
B. Leaked or damaged products caused by customers.
C. Expired products, products with lost or erased labels, parts or instructions, cooled, frozen and open products.
D. Special price products&products that clearly state that Xinyuan is not responsible for return or replacement.
7. The customer needs to contact the customer service personnel of Xinyuan platform last time and operate the transportation according to the relevant guidance.
