The customer is obliged to abide by the following transaction terms while accepting the order and delivery of goods. Before you place an order in Xinyuan Mall or accept Xinyuan's delivery, please carefully read the following terms:
1. The price of goods ordered shall be subject to the online price of Xinyuan when you place the order.
2. Please clearly and accurately fill in your real name, delivery address and contact information. Xinyuan will not be responsible for the delay of orders or the inability to deliver due to the following circumstances:
A) The customer provides error information and not detailed address;
B) Expenses and related consequences arising from repeated distribution due to the delivery of goods without signature;
C) Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic curfew, sudden war, etc.
3. Inspection
A) At the time of delivery, the customer shall check whether the overall package of the product (i.e. large package) is intact and firm. When the customer receives the product, if he finds any shortage, damage, pollution, abnormity, or other situations that do not conform to the laws and regulations, he should inform Xinyuan on the spot. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the customer recognizes that the overall full package (i.e. large package) of the products provided by Xinyuan is qualified. Xinyuan does not approve the customer's proposal after receiving the goods.
B) The customer shall check whether the inner package is missing, damaged, polluted, deformed, etc. within three days after receiving the goods. If such situation exists, the customer shall immediately notify Xinyuan. If the customer fails to propose within the time limit, the inner package of the product shall be deemed as qualified. Xinyuan will handle according to the situation.
4. Security: Whether you order goods by phone or online, we will ensure the security of transaction information
5. Right to privacy: Xinyuan respects your right to privacy. Under no circumstances will we sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party (except for access by national judicial authorities). All customer information we get from the website or telephone is only used to process your relevant orders.
6. Disclaimer: If the sales system of Xinyuan collapses or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond Xinyuan's control, resulting in the failure to complete online transactions or the loss of relevant information and records, Xinyuan will assist in handling the aftermath as reasonably as possible and try to protect customers from economic losses.
7. Dispute resolution: If any dispute occurs between the customer and Xinyuan, it can be resolved according to the agreement and relevant laws recognized by both parties at that time.
